Subaru New Zealand has announced the arrival of the new BRZ tS Kiiro, the latest limited-edition model to land locally.
According to the brand’s local arm, just ten of these Kiiro models will be available from Authorised Subaru Centres this month.

In Japanese kanji script, Kiiro means yellow, and this car reportedly symbolises “energy, optimism, and unrelenting passion.”
It retains the same 2.4-litre boxer engine as the standard BRZ, and sends power to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission.
Other notable additions include; 18-inch STI black alloy wheels, an STI strut brace, an STI gear shifter, an STI drilled disc rotors, a yellow-accented interior, and a unique Kiiro rear badge.
Priced at $62,990, the BRZ tS Kiiro comes with a numbered presentation key box, and an engraved key.

Inchcape General Manager, Jerry Delaney, the distributor of Subaru vehicles in New Zealand says: “Subaru has set a successful precedent of rolling out some stunning, limited-edition vehicles and the BRZ tS Kiiro is no exception.
“Its brilliant yellow colour, combined with BRZ’s reputation as a driver’s car, thanks to its superb Subaru engineering, means the 10 units will swiftly be snapped up from our Subaru Authorised Centres. If you’re keen on one of these little rays of sunshine, don’t delay in getting your order in for a BRZ tS Kiiro.”
